Returns Eligibility
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Syrena Natural Skincare. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy for unopened and unused products. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. You must also have the receipt or proof of purchase. Returns that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at syrenanaturalskincare@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order to obtain a return authorization number (RMA). Returns without a valid RMA number will not be accepted. Once you have received your RMA number, please securely package your item(s) and include the RMA number on the outside of the package. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
What to include in the Refund Policy
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. Please note that it may take an additional 2-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution. If you wish to exchange your product for a different item, please contact our customer service team for assistance. Exchanges are subject to product availability, and if the item you want is out of stock, a refund will be issued. You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately for assistance. We will work with you to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund if necessary.
